Join hundreds of RVers for FRVA's 114th International Convention & RV Expo. You'll participate in activities throughout the multiple-day event that will have you grinning from ear to ear. Kick-start your RV season with a short trip learn something new, check out the latest RVs and shop for the accessories and services you need, enjoy terrific entertainment, and meet up with friends old and new. The “Hollywood On Wheels” convention is the perfect stopping point as you journey home from your snowbird state. The registration fee covers six nights of camping from March 15 to March 20.

FRVA's 114th International Convention & RV Expo

Partial Payment Program

The FRVA Payment Plan is available for those who register by credit card. This plan allows registrants to pay half of the total registration cost upon initial registration, with the balance charged at a later date. For the Perry convention, the remaining balance will be charged on January 11, 2027.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for this convention will be made only upon written request (cancel@frva.com). Cancellations made by January 20, 2027, will receive a full refund minus $25 handling fee. Cancellations made after January 20, 2027, but before March 18, 2027, will receive a full refund minus $50 handling fee. Absolutely no refunds March 18, 2027, and after.

Cancellation Disclaimer

FRVA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event promoted by FRVA without cause or warning. Should FRVA be forced to cancel an International Convention & RV Expo along with any associated activities, attendees will receive, at the sole discretion of FRVA, a refund or letter of credit for the registration and service(s) being affected by the registration. Equivalent utilities/services at a future event may not be available at a particular venue, so the closest option will be provided.
