General Arrival and Departure
Family parking days are Tuesday, March 16, and Wednesday, March 17. Your registration fee includes these dates.
If you wish to arrive before March 16 and be parked at your final site, the fee is $40 per night, payable in cash or by check. Pay upon arrival. The earliest parking day is Sunday, March 14. Dry camping in the Welcome Area is free.
Welcome Area Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., you may dry camp overnight until parking resumes at 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
Departure is Monday, March 22, at 12:00 p.m. If you need to depart before March 22, please seek assistance to exit your campsite.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for this convention will be made only upon written request by emailing (cancel@frva.com). Cancellations made by January 20, 2027, will receive a full refund minus $25 handling fee. Cancellations made after January 20, 2027, but before March 18, 2027, will receive a full refund minus $50 handling fee.No refunds March 18, 2027, and after.

Activity Cart transportation into the disabled parking lots will be provided for attendees who have registered for the disabled parking area and who display a blue badge. FRVA Activity Cart Service will transport attendees parked in Disabled Lots to and from their RVs to all activity centers. Disabled attendees who park in the family parking lots may use the FRVA Activity Cart Service to travel inside the activity areas and to and from the tram stations. Disabled transportation to and from the family parking areas is not available. The Activity Cart service will be available to all attendees in the main activity areas. Transportation to and from the family parking areas is not available.

FRVA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event promoted by FRVA without cause or warning. Should FRVA be forced to cancel an International Convention & RV Expo along with any associated activities, attendees will receive a letter of credit for the registration and service(s) being affected by the cancellation. Equivalent utilities/services at a future event may not be available at a particular venue, so the closest option will be provided.

When you call 911, tell the dispatcher your location.
To aid emergency personnel in locating the site of an emergency in a parking area, persons needing help should turn on their RV's emergency flashers and sound their horns.
Fire Emergency
In the event of an RV fire emergency, please evacuate on foot. Do not attempt to move your RV, as this may create a dangerous situation for fire equipment entering the area and for others attempting to evacuate on foot.

Please help reduce the risk of injury by not entering the exhibit areas before 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19. Finalizing displays with visitors present is difficult. Thank you for your cooperation.

Garbage will be picked up daily. The first pickup will be on Wednesday, March 17; the last pickup will be on Sunday, March 21. Please leave tied plastic bags at the “street” side of your RV no later than 8:00 a.m.
Please do not leave open bags. Do not leave bags of garbage at your campsite when you leave. We appreciate your cooperation.

Willandale Golf Cart Sales (www.willandalegolfcartsales.com) will offer golf cart rental options for those attending FRVA’s “Hollywood On Wheels” Convention, March 18-21, 2027, in Perry, Georgia.

The Perry Area Convention and Visitors Bureau will have representatives at the FRVA Information Center from Tuesday, March 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 17, through Friday, March 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to answer your questions about local sites, tours, directions, restaurants, and services.

Be sure to turn in any “found” items at the FRVA Information Center. FRVA endeavors to return any found items to their rightful owners. After the convention, unclaimed items will be transported back to Cincinnati headquarters. Contact the FRVA Events staff (800-543-3622; convention@frva.com) to inquire about a missing item or to report any items you may have found.

Pets
Pets are welcome at FRVA international conventions but must be kept in the parking areas unless they are providing service assistance. Pets are not allowed in the activity centers – seminars, entertainment, morning coffee hour, etc. – or exhibit areas. Please be a responsible pet owner. Clean up pet waste; prevent the pet from making excessive noise; and keep it on a leash outside the RV.

The Service Center will be located in the Miller-Murphy Hall lobby area on Thursday, March 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Service sign-ups after this time can be made at the individual company booths.
Several firms exhibiting at FRVA’s “Hollywood On Wheels” International Convention will offer emergency RV service of various kinds.
Transportation

Six-passenger Activity Carts will provide transportation for disabled individuals and those needing a ride around the grounds. Service will begin on Tuesday, March 16, at 8:00 a.m. to assist those who need transportation to the volunteer meetings held in McGill Marketplace. Activity carts will run each day from 7:30 a.m. until 30 minutes following the last activity scheduled for the day. Those participating in after-entertainment activities must find their own transportation.

Family attendee vehicle traffic is restricted to the family parking areas only. No family member vehicle traffic is permitted in the exhibits/activity areas.
Please remember that golf carts must have lights if operated after dusk or before dawn; operation of golf carts is restricted on city streets.
All motor vehicles, mopeds, motorbikes, and three-wheelers must be operated by licensed drivers only. Please remember that pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Motorized personal transportation devices that are not stabilized by three or more wheels may not be used under any circumstances inside any hall or other indoor areas during any FRVA function.
While we wish for you to have an enjoyable time on the grounds, we also are concerned about your safety. Please be courteous when operating golf carts, mopeds, scooters, Segways, and other motorized vehicles around the grounds. Attendees and guests who continue to operate these vehicles in an unsafe manner after being warned will be asked to cease the use of these vehicles. Continued violations may result in removal from the grounds.
Attention: The speed limit for mopeds, motorbikes, golf carts, Segways, scooters, and bicycles is 5 mph while on the grounds. This speed limit will be strictly enforced.

Credential Packets
Credential Packets
ALL ATTENDEES will receive their confirmation packet at the Welcome Center upon arrival. The confirmation packet will include your badges, Bonus Bucks, Ladies’ Luncheon ticket (if purchased), and other items.
To ensure you're fully prepared for the convention, we will email the arrival booklet, directions, parking credentials, and other pertinent items in February. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at (800) 543-3622 or email convention@frva.com so we can provide the arrival information you need.

Water
Water is available at the fairgrounds near the permanent dump station. A-OK Portables will also have water available for $35 for up to 50 gallons. RVs with filters will be charged an additional $15. You may purchase a water sign for your RV from A-OK Services at the FRVA Information Center in McGill Marketplace. Dates and times to be announced closer to the event.
