In addition, members receive special savings at National Car Rental by using FRVA's Discount I.D. Recap Number. Discounts apply to National's daily, weekend, weekly, monthly and holiday rates. For vehicles rented in the United States, the rates include 100 free miles per day with a charge for excess miles traveled. FRVA family and commercial members can receive discounts when shipping with UPS on Domestic Air, Domestic Ground, and International Export services. Discounts are calculated based on total weekly UPS charges, so the more members use UPS, the more they save!
